CBF Podcast: Responding to inhumane treatment of immigrant children, featuring Suzii Paynter


CBF Executive Coordinator recently spent a week at the United States-Mexico border where she joined Cooperative Baptist leaders June 24 in Brownsville, Texas, at a prayer vigil hosted by Fellowship Southwest. Paynter was also part of a 11-member delegation of prominent Christian women clergy June 26-28 in cities along the border to advocate on behalf of families who have been separated due to the “zero tolerance” immigration policy of the Trump Administration.

Over the weekend, Paynter spoke with Andy Hale, host of the CBF Podcast, about her week, reflections and observations from the border and what pastors can do to educate and equip their congregations on this pressing humanitarian concern.
